Thanksgiving

It started off rough. I was more emotional than I had expected to be. It didn't help when my expectations.. yes the unrealistic ones.. came crumbling before me. I really thought the boys would watch the parade on TV while I got dinner going. Well they decided to start an all out war over Lego's which ended in yelling and time outs all around. GREAT..so then my pity party kicked into overdrive.
So thanks to some good ole fashion whining to my mom, my sister and my best friend Christi I was able to SKYPE with Rob and get it back together. I put put my big girl pants on and brought my (very handsome) boys to the kitchen. Everything went much better after that.

Bray could have been in front of that oven all day.
They growled as they attacked the drumsticks, so Lilly growled too. It was way cute.
Then, like kids across America, we played alittle baby topless Mario Kart on the Wii

Miss you Rob!!

Bray's check up

Brayden ended up with strep right after his party so his 4 year check up was pushed back a week. He weighed in at almost 36 lbs and 41.5 inches. He is now in the 50% for weight and 75% for height. This is new for Bray, he has always been the opposite. As you can see from this picture the poor kid left home in jeans that are too short. Thing is I bought them 3 weeks ago and they fit on that day..
Goofing aroung waiting for the doc so we took some pics to send to Dad.

Zingo and cute boots

It was so great that schedules just worked out that we could spend veterans day with my Uncle (ret AF guy) and his wife. The kids were super excited but Parker and Lilly became really attached. Here are a few pictures from our day.

soccer games, parties, guitar and a formal OH MY

Wooohoo what a day. Soccer game at 10, another at 11, soccer party at 12, guitar lessons at 1:30 then a formal at 6. Busy busy day.

Parker is at home in the goalie box

Mom and Parker

Sierra and Lilly came out to cheer on the Lions

Then it was Brayden's game. We were lucky to have Coach Ray for both boys. Ray and Wendy have boys the same ages as Parker and Brayden.

The kids love them some Coach Ray!

Bray is on the far left of one pic and in the center of the other.

Then the formal birthday party. Sierra has a friend turing 15 and what a partA they are throwing! This is Sean, Sierra's long time best friend and newly announced boyfriend.
