Lilly's 18 month check up

Lilly had her 18 month check up last week and she is doing very well. She weighs in at 21.12lbs (45%) is 31.85 inches long (70%) and has a head circumference of 18.5 inches (50%). She is ahead of the game for all things physical. Stacking blocks, throwing, kicking, up and down stairs etc.. she still doesn't have any consistent words but we are going to speech with the amazing Ms. Ashley who also had Brayden.

A few tid bits about the other kiddos at 18 months; Brayden was 26.6 lbs and Sierra was singing the Barney 'clean up' song in full. Parker was only weeks away from his first haircut and was crazy about The Wiggles.

Lilly had her first Frosty and LOVED IT!!

Soccer and gardening.. Oh My

Now that it is light out longer we have been able to have more playtime, which makes us all happier.

It was so light and still warm out that after PJs we came back outside for a bit longer. Rob mailed foam airplanes for the kids and they were a huge hit. Poor Lilly looks to have some allergies like the rest of us. Outside she and Bray take turns sneezing and eye rubbing.

Oh yeah, I am still here in the flesh too ;)
Like all Boone weekends we had soccer!! Oh and great weather too, even Sierra came out to cheer on the Lion's.
and all youth soccer players know... its all about the snack. Here are Lilly and Brayden partaking in some Oreo action. Lilly is making a silly face for the camera.
Parker and Bray were in desperate need of hair cuts. I miss Brayden's hair but he wanted it short. His words were "I want it shorter shorter shorter short."
The front porch beautification project. The night before Parker had me promise we would plant flowers no matter what. I said "barring a tornado you are on" well, I should have checked the weather because we were planting in the rain.
I am not a gardener at all so this was out of my comfort zone. I said "you have got to be kidding me" many times. Like when Lilly took a bite from her shovel full of soil, and when Parker helped me dislodge the plant from its original plastic pot and toss it behind him knocking Brayden upside the head. ahh memories... all and all it went well and they (yeah I guess me too) had fun.
A little family bed TV time after a long fun weekend.

Parker's 1st game of the Spring 2010 season

Before and after Parker's first goal of the season. This was a big deal because last season Parker was much more comfortable as the goalie.

One of Parker's best friends was on the other team. Here they are head to head.
Go Lions with Coach Ray and Coach Pete after the big win.

Lil, Bray and the bubbles

She has mastered the stairs, very scary but she does pretty well.

Brayden broke out the Gymboree bubbles, a Boone family favorite!

Bray yelled for Lilly to run for them...

and Lilly ran...
then she broke into dance, Lilly is very entertaining...
